Fashion Nova return policy: Your item may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Most returns receive shop credit in the form of a Fashion Nova gift card as a refund. 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us, returns are processed. Use the prepaid return label option in our Returns Portal below to get your store credit more quickly!
Please make sure to package each order individually. Your return will take longer to process if you return multiple orders in the same return package. Any returned non-eligible items won’t get you any credit.
Can I get a return shipping label somewhere?
Yes! For US consumers, Fashion Nova provides return shipping labels. It is advised to use return shipping labels when returning items to Fashion Nova as you will be able to monitor your return and get your refund much faster than if you sent the return back yourself.
If you are returning a single item, return shipping labels cost $3.99; if you are returning multiple things, they cost $7.99. All returns may be submitted through our Returns Portal, where return shipping labels may be obtained.
Can I return something?
We do not accept returns for exchanges, but we do encourage you to use our online returns portal to return your item(s) by mail in compliance with our return policy before making any replacement purchases.
Which products are final sales?
Bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, beauty goods, cosmetics, accessories, and “Party Wear” (such as Halloween costumes) are all considered final sale, non-returnable, and cannot be returned for store credit. These items are also not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Is there anything more I need to know about the online return policy?
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.
Any return packages that are lost or stolen while in transit are not our responsibility. When shipping back your returns, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
An order packing slip or return invoice from the online return portal that clearly lists the products being returned must be included with every return.
This could cause processing problems for your tax return if it is not completed accurately.
Within 14 days of delivery, damaged, flawed, or inaccurate items must be reported.
Return deliveries are not accepted at our corporate or DC locations.
If there are reasonable worries about possible fraud, we reserve the right to hold off on issuing a refund until the items are actually received.
What is the return policy for the store?

Only returns with a valid receipt and all tags still attached within 30 days of the original purchase date will be accepted for store credit. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged in-store and include the following:

What about shop returns for internet purchases?
Refunds in cash are not offered by us. You will be given credit in the form of a gift card that can be used in stores or online after returning the item. The following physical locations: Burbank, Montebello, Northridge, Panorama.
All items being returned must be in their original state with the tags remaining on, together with any accompanying documentation, packing, and accessories. Each item must be new, unwashed, and unworn. You cannot exchange or return “Final Sale” items in-store. Only the Burbank and Topanga Men’s retail stores accept returns of online-purchased men’s goods.
The return policy of the physical store will be applied to any online purchases made at that store. With a valid receipt and all tags still on the item, exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. The following products cannot be returned in-store:

In order to secure a complete refund to your original payment method if you received online-ordered goods that were inaccurate, damaged, or defective, you must get in touch with customer support.
Reservation of Returns Rights
We reserve the right to unilaterally define and limit, deny, and/or reject customer returns at any time for the following reasons:
a history of returns that is irregular or excessive and suggests “wardrobing;”
Unusual or excessive returns history that includes things that are worn, altered, washed, damaged, or missing; or Potentially fraudulent or illegal conduct.
We also reserve the right to deny service (both in-person and online) to any person or business for comparable conduct as described above.
Items delivered to our distribution center that are not from Fashion Nova will be thrown away when they arrive.
Fashion Nova settled FTC claims that it deceived customers by removing unfavorable reviews from its website by paying $4.2 million. That money is now being used by the FTC to issue refunds.
What was at issue in the lawsuit?
The FTC claims that Fashion Nova suppressed hundreds of thousands of critical reviews of its items and improved the appearance of average star ratings by deleting reviews with less than four stars.
Who may submit a refund application?
If you satisfy all four conditions, you may submit a refund application:
Before November 21, 2019, you purchased items from FashionNova.com.
Customer evaluations and ratings influenced your purchasing choices.
You requested a return for the products but have not yet done so since you were dissatisfied with them.
Even if you received money from a previous Fashion Nova settlement, you may request for a refund provided you match these four criteria.
